Key Responsibilities
Internal Hiring Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across all verticals.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Candidate Evaluation and Engagement
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to ensure clear communication.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to key stakeholders.
- Offer guidance and insights to managers on hiring best practices.
Process Optimization
- Continuously improve the internal hiring process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Culture and Employer Branding
- Represent the company’s values and culture during the hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
